technical support. These include:
3PL Basic Support - Included free
as part of a full paid subscription, this package includes all
3PL product maintenance releases and upgrades, full access to
our customer and partner portals, ability to log/email questions
- and a 48-hour guaranteed response time.
3PL Premium Support - Offered
for an additional $295 a month, this package features everything
provided by Basic Support - augmented by a dedicated account manager,
and a 4 hour or less guaranteed call-back response time.
3PL On-Call Service - Available
during business hours and a cost of $100 per hour, this option
is designed to provide our technical expertise when you need it.
Advanced Set-Up and Integration -
Created to ensure our customers get the most out of products
from day one, this feature provides a highly skilled 3PL Central
technician on-site at a rate of $1,000 a day.
