DICENTRAL AND 3PL CENTRAL ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP TO PROVIDE CUSTOMERS WITH INTEGRATED EDI AND WMS SOLUTION

Houston, TX and Orem, UT - October 16, 2007 (BusinessWire) - DiCentral Corporation, the fastest growing provider of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and 3PL Central, a provider of an on-demand 3PL software, today announced the formation of a strategic partnership to provide EDI integrated Warehouse Management System (WMS) software. This new strategic relationship will provide Third Party Logistics providers (3PLs) with an integrated web-based solution to manage warehouse operations and the EDI requirements for each client they serve.
