John Watkins

John is co-founder of 3PL Central and serves as its CEO. John is an expert in the 3PL industry with specialties in warehouse operations, freight brokerage, international cargo and supply chain logistics . Having spent the last 20 years in various hands-on roles in the 3PL industry, John brings a unique operator's perspective to the software Company and with the collaboration of countless 3PLs, has led the development and expansion of 3PL Central and its growing base of software products.

Prior to entering the 3PL industry in the early 1990's, John served as a Controller for Syncor International, a radio pharmaceutical drug distribution company (+$300mm sales). John earned his CPA and is former alumni of KPMG Peat Marwick. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a minor in Spanish from the University of Utah. He earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Nancy Rohman

Nancy Rohman is co-founder of 3PL Central and serves in a variety of capacities with the Company, currently serving as its CFO. Prior to formally joining 3PL Central in 2006, Nancy worked as an investment banker for 14 years, beginning her career with Lehman Brothers in Los Angeles. She most recently worked with JPMorgan, where she was responsible for coverage of the Pacific Northwest and Alaska region.

Prior to banking, Nancy began her career in Los Angeles with KPMG Pete Marwick. She then went on to study law and obtained her J.D before entering into the investment banking world. Nancy graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. She has also graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. Nancy earned her CPA and is a member of the California Bar.

Stefan A. Kampe

As a Business Operations, Management and Technology Consultant, Stefan's background includes more than 25 years working for Accenture, one of the world's leaders in global management, technology services and outsourcing. During his time with the firm, Stefan's functional area of focus was Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management for the Electronics and High Tech industries.

In addition to serving on the advisory board of 3PL Central, Stefan also sits on the Board of Beth Abraham Family of Services. Stefan is also an independent consultant providing IT Strategy, Program and Project Management and Business Operations consulting services.

Jennifer T. Naylor

As a technology strategist with an extensive background in social computing, collaboration platforms, diffusion strategy and information design, Jennifer Naylor consults on software selection and implementation. She is a trained facilitator of workshops on innovation, team building and strategic visioning to support technology uptake. Former managing director of US-based Golden Seeds, Jennifer led the Internet Businesses sector group that acts as the vanguard for the angel group's deal pipeline and conducted due diligence for high-growth technology companies. She continues to advise entrepreneurs on funding, communications and positioning with a strong emphasis on exit strategy.

In addition to 3PL Central, Jennifer sits on the board the New York Institute of Technology, where she is working with the dean of the School of Computing and Engineering to design and establish a student-led program in entrepreneurship. A two-time Fulbright scholar, Jennifer earned a PhD from New York University.

Ram Srinivasan

As an entrepreneur and manager, Ram has more than 25 years of experience in engineering and marketing management throughout the Silicon Valley. Before joining Wellington as Venture Partner, Ram served as President and CEO of web analytics provider Fireclick, Vice President of Product Marketing for RightPoint Software and head of product marketing and management at data warehousing provider, Red Brick Systems.
