Available at no charge to all 3PL Warehouse Manager subscribers, 3PL Central's mobile barcode scanning functionality is designed to help businesses increase worker productivity, improve data capture accuracy and provide their clients with the latest information in real-time.

The functionality can be implemented almost immediately, requiring no servers or additional software modules, no integration with existing systems and no on-site consulting.

The capability supports all core warehouse functions including:

• Receiving - with lot number, serial number and/or expiration date capture
• Put-away
• Moving
• Picking
• Packing - with carton level detail for EDI transmission
• Billing Wizard™ integration

As a Motorola PartnerSelect ISV Program member, 3PL Central has pre-tested and directly supports the industry standard Motorola MC9090-G WiFi-enabled handheld mobile computer with 3PL Warehouse Manager’s Mobile Barcode Scanning.

For some customers who already have a web-enabled barcode scanners they have been successful logging in using scanners with these specs:

• Live internet connection via WiFi or cellular internet connectivity
• Running Windows CE 5.0 or Windows Mobile 5.0 and associated browser
• Screen Resolution: 240(W) x 320(L) --- QVGA size
• Barcode Scanning capability
